1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Warriick HR Management Software website, HR mobile applications, web applications, software products and related technology services (collectively, the “Services”). Warriick develops HR management software and mobile apps that support workforce and business processes. These Terms apply across our website, mobile apps, web platforms, and associated services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The Services
Warriick develops and provides HR management software for web and mobile platforms. Our Services are designed to support workforce and business workflows, which may include payroll and compliance records, employee management, hiring and onboarding, time and attendance, performance management and project operations. These Terms apply to the software and mobile apps we develop, provide, license or make available to customers. Available functions may vary by plan, configuration, subscription or written agreement. Product descriptions on the website are general information and do not guarantee that every function is available in every account.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and for assigning appropriate access permissions to users. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user’s account without authorisation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting service availability, introducing malicious code, reverse engineering except where legally permitted, infringing another party’s rights, using the Services unlawfully or uploading content that you do not have the right to provide.
5. Customer and employee data
You or your organisation retain responsibility for the information entered into the Services and for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and appropriate permissions to collect and process it. You must provide any notices and obtain any consents required for employee, candidate, payroll, attendance or other personal information. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your data and for configuring user access appropriately.
6. Payroll, compliance and professional advice
Warriick provides software tools to help organise records and workflows. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, payroll or human-resources professional advice and do not guarantee compliance with every law or regulation. You remain responsible for reviewing calculations, maintaining accurate records, meeting statutory deadlines and obtaining professional advice where needed.
7. Fees, subscriptions and payment
Any applicable fees, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms and payment conditions will be communicated in a quotation, order form, subscription page or separate written agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise in that agreement, fees paid are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend paid features for overdue payments after any notice required by the applicable agreement or law.
8. Availability, changes and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. Features, interfaces and service specifications may change over time. Support levels and response times, if any, are governed by the applicable service agreement.
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, and you are responsible for reviewing any relevant third-party terms before enabling an integration.
10. Intellectual property
Warriick and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, design, branding and related materials, except for rights expressly granted to you. Subject to these Terms and any applicable agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes during the period you are authorised to access them. You retain rights to your data.
11. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party should protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the relevant business purpose, subject to applicable law and any separate confidentiality agreement. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where permitted by an applicable agreement or law, including for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment. You may stop using the Services in accordance with your subscription or written agreement. On termination, access to account data may cease and data may be deleted according to applicable agreements, retention practices and legal requirements. You should export any data you need before access ends, where export tools are available.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis, and we disclaim warranties not expressly set out in a written agreement or required by law. We do not warrant that the Services will meet every business requirement or that all information, calculations or outputs will be error-free. You should review outputs before relying on them for business or statutory decisions.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warriick will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data arising from use of the Services. Any further limitation or cap on liability should be set out in the applicable customer agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and losses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct or breach.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Where required by law or a separate agreement, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where legally valid.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws and dispute-resolution process specified in your signed customer agreement. If no separate agreement applies, insert the appropriate governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms for your business before publishing this page.
